轴(zhou)承工(gong)(gong)件表面(mian)有直波(bo)(bo)(bo)形痕迹(ji)  J9九游会AG 将(jiang)磨(mo)过的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)件垂轴(zhou)心线截一横断面(mian)并放大(da),可(ke)看(kan)到其周(zhou)边(bian)近(jin)似于正(zheng)弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)。使其中心沿轴(zhou)心线无(wu)转动平移,正(zheng)弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)周(zhou)边(bian)的(de)(de)轨迹(ji)便是(shi)波(bo)(bo)(bo)形柱面(mian),亦(yi)称这为多角形。产生直波(bo)(bo)(bo)形的(de)(de)原因(yin)是(shi)砂(sha)轮相(xiang)对(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)移动或者说砂(sha)轮对(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)件磨(mo)削(xue)的(de)(de)压力发生周(zhou)期(qi)性(xing)变化而引起振动的(de)(de)原故(gu)。这种(zhong)振动可(ke)能是(shi)强迫(po)振动,也可(ke)能是(shi)自激振动,因(yin)此工(gong)(gong)件上的(de)(de)直波(bo)(bo)(bo)频(pin)往往不止一种(zhong)。

         产生(sheng)轴承(cheng)直波形痕迹的具体(ti)原因(yin)是:  1.砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)主轴间隙过(guo)大(da);  2.砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)硬度(du)太(tai)高(gao);  3.砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)静平衡(heng)不好(hao)或(huo)砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)变(bian)钝;  4.工(gong)件(jian)转速(su)过(guo)高(gao);  5.横向亓(qi)刀(dao)太(tai)大(da);  6.砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)主轴轴承(cheng)磨损,配合间隙过(guo)大(da),产生(sheng)径(jing)向跳动;  7.砂(sha)轮(lun)(lun)压紧(jin)机(ji)构或(huo)工(gong)作台(tai)“爬(pa)行(xing)”等。

           工件表(biao)面(mian)(mian)再现(xian)烧(shao)(shao)伤痕迹  工件表(biao)面(mian)(mian)在磨削过程中往(wang)往(wang)会烧(shao)(shao)伤,烧(shao)(shao)伤有几种(zhong)类型,一是(shi)烧(shao)(shao)伤沿砂(sha)轮加工方向(xiang),呈暗(an)黑色斑块;二(er)是(shi)呈线(xian)条或断续线(xian)条状。

         工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)表面在(zai)磨(mo)(mo)加工(gong)(gong)过(guo)程中被(bei)烧(shao)伤,归纳起来(lai)有(you)以(yi)下几种原(yuan)因:  1.砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)太硬或(huo)粒度太细(xi)组(zu)织过(guo)密;  2.进给量过(guo)大,切(qie)削(xue)(xue)(xue)液(ye)供应不(bu)(bu)足(zu),散热条(tiao)(tiao)件(jian)(jian)差;  3.工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)转(zhuan)速过(guo)低,砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)转(zhuan)速过(guo)快;  4.砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)振摆过(guo)大,因磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)深度不(bu)(bu)断发生变化而烧(shao)伤;  5.砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)修整(zheng)不(bu)(bu)及时或(huo)修整(zheng)不(bu)(bu)好;  6.金刚石锐(rui)利,砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)修整(zheng)不(bu)(bu)好;  7.工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)粗(cu)磨(mo)(mo)时烧(shao)伤过(guo)深,精磨(mo)(mo)留量又太小(xiao),没有(you)磨(mo)(mo)  掉;  8.工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)夹紧力(li)或(huo)吸力(li)不(bu)(bu)足(zu),在(zai)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)力(li)作用下,工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)存在(zai)停(ting)转(zhuan)现(xian)(xian)象等。  那么(me)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)表面在(zai)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)过(guo)程中如何知道是否烧(shao)务呢?这要(yao)通过(guo)定(ding)期酸洗即可检(jian)(jian)查出(chu)来(lai)。工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)酸洗后,在(zai)表面湿润(run)时,应立(li)即在(zai)散光灯下目测检(jian)(jian)验,正常表面呈(cheng)(cheng)均匀暗(an)灰(hui)(hui)色(se)。如是软件(jian)(jian)点,就(jiu)呈(cheng)(cheng)现(xian)(xian)云(yun)彩状暗(an)黑色(se)斑(ban)(ban)点,且(qie)周界不(bu)(bu)定(ding)整(zheng);如果(guo)脱碳,则呈(cheng)(cheng)现(xian)(xian)灰(hui)(hui)白或(huo)暗(an)黑色(se)花斑(ban)(ban);如果(guo)磨(mo)(mo)加工(gong)(gong)裂纹,则裂纹呈(cheng)(cheng)龟裂状,如是烧(shao)伤,一是表面沿砂(sha)(sha)轮(lun)加工(gong)(gong)方向呈(cheng)(cheng)现(xian)(xian)暗(an)黑色(se)斑(ban)(ban)块,二(er)是呈(cheng)(cheng)现(xian)(xian)线条(tiao)(tiao)或(huo)断续线条(tiao)(tiao)状。如在(zai)磨(mo)(mo)加工(gong)(gong)过(guo)程中出(chu)现(xian)(xian)上述烧(shao)伤现(xian)(xian)象,必须(xu)及时分析原(yuan)因,采取有(you)效措施加以(yi)解决,杜绝批量烧(shao)伤。

           轴承(cheng)表面粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)(du)达不(bu)(bu)(bu)到(dao)要(yao)(yao)求  轴承(cheng)零件(jian)的(de)(de)表面粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)(du)均有标准和(he)工(gong)艺要(yao)(yao)求,但在磨(mo)加工(gong)和(he)超(chao)精(jing)(jing)(jing)过(guo)程中,因种种原因,往往达不(bu)(bu)(bu)到(dao)规定的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。造成工(gong)件(jian)表面粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)(du)达不(bu)(bu)(bu)到(dao)要(yao)(yao)求的(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)原因是:  1.磨(mo)削(xue)速度(du)(du)过(guo)低(di),进(jin)给(ji)速度(du)(du)过(guo)快(kuai)(kuai),进(jin)刀量(liang)过(guo)大(da),无进(jin)给(ji)磨(mo)削(xue)时间过(guo)短;  2.工(gong)件(jian)转速过(guo)高(gao)或(huo)工(gong)件(jian)轴和(he)砂(sha)轮(lun)轴振动过(guo)大(da);  3.砂(sha)轮(lun)粒度(du)(du)太粗(cu)或(huo)过(guo)软(ruan);  4.砂(sha)轮(lun)修整(zheng)速度(du)(du)过(guo)快(kuai)(kuai)或(huo)修整(zheng)机(ji)构间隙过(guo)大(da);  5.修整(zheng)砂(sha)轮(lun)的(de)(de)金刚石不(bu)(bu)(bu)锐利或(huo)质(zhi)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)好;  6.超(chao)精(jing)(jing)(jing)用(yong)油石质(zhi)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)好,安装位置不(bu)(bu)(bu)正确;  7.超(chao)精(jing)(jing)(jing)用(yong)煤油质(zhi)量(liang)达不(bu)(bu)(bu)到(dao)要(yao)(yao)求;  8.超(chao)精(jing)(jing)(jing)时间过(guo)短等;
